Jaxxon.
Jaxxon wanted their chains in stylised lifestyle spaces, laid out to work as still lifes rather than propped in a room and hoped over. A chain is a difficult constant. Drop it twice and it lands differently, and in a lifestyle frame it quickly becomes set dressing among the other objects. So the chain is laid in the same relaxed pebble shaped loop every time and the room changes around it. Cuban, box and rope run through a dark apartment, across black marble trays, a fluted side table, a mushroom lamp, a leather portfolio, green apples. The pose is the constant and the interior is the variable.
Low key throughout. One hard shaft of window light, or a warm practical raking across, with deep shadow holding most of the frame. That is what lets gold read bright against black without the metal blowing out, because the light only needs to reach the chain and not the room.
